I visited Koh Phangan in the summer of 2025, and quickly realized there’s so much more to it than the Full Moon Party it’s famous for. Beyond the beaches that come alive once a month, the island has a soulful side: yoga retreats, jungle hideaways, and a bohemian energy that makes you slow down. Between its laid-back vibe, spiritual pulse, and stunning coastline, Koh Phangan feels both vibrant and deeply restorative — a place that lingers with you long after you leave.
